Terms of Service / Version 2026.09
Terms of Service
Effective September 2, 2026
These Terms set out the basic rules between Sales (the “Operator”) and users of ITLAND and Queue Zero.
1. Service
ITLAND is a platform connecting independent digital projects. It currently provides Queue Zero reaction and focus warm-ups, records, rankings and challenges, as well as the read-only LUMIA archive. LUMIA PDFs are available free of charge for personal viewing; where advertising is provided, a download may become available after a rewarded advertisement is completed. The features and availability of each project are described in the relevant service interface.
2. Effect and amendment of these Terms
These Terms take effect when posted on the service. The Operator may amend them to reflect changes in law or the service. Material changes will be announced in the service before they take effect.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- ITLAND projects may be used without an account. An account is optional and connects records across devices.
- One account works across ITLAND projects. Records created while signed in use the display name on that account.
- Accounts are available only to users aged 14 or older. Users must manage their own accounts with accurate information.
- Users are responsible for protecting their username and password and must notify the Operator promptly if misuse is suspected.
- Account recovery may be limited when neither an email address nor a phone number has been registered.
4. Play records and rankings
- Measurements may vary with the browser, display, network and input device environment.
- Queue Zero tiers and percentiles are reference indicators within Queue Zero. They do not guarantee real-world game skill, medical ability or physical condition.
- Temporary grades based on reference data may be used while ranking samples are limited.
- Manipulated or abnormal records may be excluded from rankings or deleted.
5. User responsibilities
Users must not:
- misuse another person’s account or friend code;
- manipulate records or rankings with automation, modified requests or vulnerability exploitation;
- disrupt the service or send excessive requests;
- commercially reproduce service code, design or content without permission from the rights holder; or
- use the service in a way that violates law or public order.
6. Changes and interruption
The Operator may change or temporarily suspend features for improvement, maintenance, outages, external infrastructure issues or the end of a project. Material changes or closures will be announced in advance where reasonably possible.
7. Account restrictions and deletion
Accounts or records may be restricted when a breach of these Terms, fraudulent records or a security threat is confirmed. Users may request account deletion by email. After identity verification, the related account and server records will be deleted. Users must clear browser-local records separately.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in ITLAND and each project’s trademarks, interfaces, code and editorial content belong to the Operator or the appropriate rights holder. LUMIA PDFs may be used only for personal viewing; resale, unauthorized redistribution, modified distribution and commercial use are prohibited. Public match links created by users are displayed only as needed to provide and share the service.
9. Limitation of liability
Unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for loss arising from temporary interruption of a free service, measurement differences caused by a user’s environment, inadequate account security by a user or failure of a third-party service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through mutual consultation. Unresolved disputes will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
